WHISPBAR | #UNCOMPROMISED CHALLENGE Social / Digital / Conceptual
For the 2015 USA Pro Challenge, the premium roof rack brand wanted to introduce themselves, and make a splash on social media based around their sponsorship of the event. So, we came up with the #Uncompromised challenge - A 7 day social game that happened in conjuction with the Pro Challenge that gave users the chance to prove their dedication and grit to other cyclists around the country, with an awesome prize - a ride in a team car and VIP trip to next year’s USA Pro Challenge. For each day, there were two different challenges - one physical challenge and one social challenge. Some challenges were as simple as taking a photo of the sunset as you had your morning ride, some were a little wild - like shaving your legs (aerodynamics), and some were extreme cycling challenges with Strava integration - like climbing 1,000 feet in a single ride. The challenge started a lot of conversation in a social space, and introduced Whispbar as a truly “uncompromised” brand that understands the cycling world.
